Ingredients

1 cup Butter
3 ounces Cream cheese softened
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg yolk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Orange rind
2 1/2 cups Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon ground
 
 
Instructions
 Mix butter, sugar and cream cheese.

Beat in egg yolk, vanilla, orange rind.

Gradually add in flour, salt and cinnamon which have been sifted together.

Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or 7-9 minutes for smaller cookies.
